Abstract: Amid an environment of continuous economic, social and technological transformations, Education&#xD;
has demanded an intelligent and efficient management, in which strategic planning has been&#xD;
presented as a crucial tool in the development of educational public policies and the search for&#xD;
quality in education. In this sense, the objective of this research is to verify how the strategic&#xD;
planning occurs in the Municipal Secretariat of Education of Parintins / AM, since the Secretariat of&#xD;
Education is the organ responsible for dynamizing the public educational policies, since it is from&#xD;
this that the normatives and the administrative and pedagogical procedures to be passed on,&#xD;
observed and applied by school administrators, pedagogical coordinators and teachers in schools.&#xD;
We opted for an exploratory, qualitative approach. A bibliographical survey, interview and analysis&#xD;
of the collected data were used. The results show that despite the intentionality of developing the&#xD;
strategic planning, SEMED / PIN adopts the short-term action plan, in addition, there was&#xD;
fragmentation in participation and difficulty of internal communication.

Abstract: The present study dealt with the implementation of Participative Strategic Planning from the point&#xD;
of view of the managerial management model in the Public Administration, in the City Hall of&#xD;
Parintins - AM. The general objective was to identify the benefits of the use of Participative&#xD;
Strategic Planning as a management model based on the perception of the employees of the City&#xD;
Council of Parintins - AM. The specific objectives were to analyze the benefits of using&#xD;
Participative Strategic Planning as a management model from the perspective of the managerial&#xD;
model in Public Administration at Parintins-AM City Hall; to understand how Participative&#xD;
Strategic Planning brings benefits to the Public Administration and how it can be useful for a good&#xD;
management and to exemplify how the Participatory Strategic Planning model can be implemented&#xD;
from the perspective of the managerial practices of the management model of the Public&#xD;
Administration in the Parintins Municipal Council - AM. As for the approach of the problem was a&#xD;
quantitative and qualitative research; objectives was an exploratory-descriptive research; the means&#xD;
of investigation was a bibliographical and field research. In the results achieved, there was the&#xD;
incidence of a high degree of agreement to implement this tool that brings so many benefits to the&#xD;
private sector and that has gradually been applied to the public sector so that management practices&#xD;
are increasingly developed efficiently and bring not only benefit for the management, but for the&#xD;
citizens / clients that use the services provided by the Public Administration.

Abstract: This work is characterized as a postgraduate research at the level of specialization in Public&#xD;
Management, developed at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology from&#xD;
Amazonas - IFAM Campus Parintins, which approached the theme organizational climate from the&#xD;
Organizational Psychology with focus in the area of Organizational Behavior. It was carried out&#xD;
between October and December 2018. Its general objective was to describe an Organizational&#xD;
Climate Survey directed at the servers of the IFAM Campus Parintins and, as specific objectives, to&#xD;
analyze the profile of the servers, to investigate internal and external variables that influence public&#xD;
and outline an organizational climate survey. It is a descriptive study that used the deductive&#xD;
method and the Ishikawa diagram as working methodologies. The design of the organizational&#xD;
climate survey was based on a bibliographical survey and a documentary survey about the&#xD;
characteristics of the target audience and the specificities of the institutional environment. As a&#xD;
result, a feasible proposal for Organizational Climate Research focused on improving the work environment in order to make it healthier and more productive. It was concluded that a more&#xD;
efficient performance of the People Management in the scope of the IFAM is necessary in order that&#xD;
programs and actions of health, quality of life and capacity of the server are implemented for the&#xD;
optimization of the organizational climate.

Abstract: This paper aims to present the results that the presence of internal control can cause in the&#xD;
Municipality of Parintins. The study was elaborated by means of a bibliographical and&#xD;
documentary survey, as well as the field research about the theme with the purpose of&#xD;
evidencing how internal control functions in the municipality of Parintins; analyze the needs&#xD;
and importance of internal control; and, to approach the perception of the population through&#xD;
the forms of control of the public management of Parintins. This being an exploratory study.&#xD;
Thus, with this research it was possible to verify that there is no analogue and no more&#xD;
effective tool in the fight against error and fraud, such as Internal Control, if it is based on an&#xD;
information and evaluation system that makes it possible to prevent irregularities and attain&#xD;
the purpose of safeguarding public goods.
