Abstract: This article aims to highlight the advantages that one of the largest loyalty programs in&#xD;
Brazil, Livelo, presents on its website. The methodology used is a qualitative,&#xD;
exploratory and descriptive approach when it comes to the objective and bibliographic&#xD;
research when it comes to the data source. The results showed that the investigated&#xD;
program highlights monetary benefits, encouraging the accumulation and use of points&#xD;
for shopping, travel and the like and concludes that this strategy has given good results&#xD;
in gaining new customers and also good monetary results for the program's&#xD;
consumers.
